I don't know how it's possible to be incredibly warm and friendly, fiercely competent and assertive, and professional and polished at the same time. She's exceptional and beyond. As first-time homebuyers, we were completely terrified of the entire process. She immediately put us at ease when we first met her while also asking all the right questions and emanating confidence and strength that are so important in a broker in the ruthless NYC market. She poured in hours upon hours of work for us, all while remaining positive and on top of it. We could call, text, or email her at all times with questions and we did, at all times and she always responded promptly. She hired the best of the best specialty inspectors that I never would have known about (no easy feat) and even went to the unit with us at midnight to test for noise. (Seriously, wow!) We had some unconventional financials and without batting an eye she spent ages filling out paperwork, on the phone, and talking to officials to make sure we were all set. If she weren't so capable, our 800-page monster of a co-op board application would have been a nightmare, but she handled it so well that it was completely manageable. We even bounced a lot of interior design ideas back and forth - she has great taste! All her recommendations for lawyers, mortgage representatives, etc. were amazing. The lawyer even sent me a birthday message! I can't stress enough how uniquely wonderful Annie is. She'll find you your dream home!"
